If you’re like me, you’ve probably suffered from back pain.
I have had problems over the years with tight hamstrings and calves, chronic lower back pain and sometimes leg cramps during sleep. At one point I had been considering back surgery to relieve the pain.
Since I have been doing this exercise for the past year, my body feels great.
